Description

Ceylon Pekoe - This infusion has a lively, full-bodied flavor and a copper-red cup color. Named for Lover’s Leap, a well-known tea garden on the high plateau of Nuwara Eliya in the central province of Sri Lanka.

Recommended Steep: 3–4 minutes in freshly boiled water (around 100°C or 212°F).
3 minutes: Yields a lighter, crisp brew with floral undertones and a hint of astringency.
4 minutes: Provides a fuller-bodied, slightly brisk cup with enhanced boldness, while maintaining a smooth finish.

Longer steeping may intensify astringency, so these times will help keep the flavor balanced. Enjoy the bright and refreshing notes of this Ceylon classic!

Earl Grey - A light, mild variant of an old-favorite, this blend combines the traditional bergamot-flavored black tea with the addition of blue cornflower petals, offering a unique taste and lovely appearance.

Recommend steeping: 3–4 minutes in water just off the boil (around 90–95°C or 194–203°F).
3 minutes: Brings out the subtle flavors of the black tea and bergamot,.
4 minutes: Gives a more pronounced taste and aroma.

Longer steeping might make it bitter, so taste as you go to find your ideal strength.

Irish Breakfast - Perfect for the early morning – or anytime. A hearty blend of brisk, black teas with a bolder flavor than its English cousin. Particularly delicious with milk and sugar.

Recommend steeping: 3–5 minutes in freshly boiled water (around 100°C or 212°F).
3 minutes:  Yields a slightly lighter brew.
5 minutes: give you a bolder, more full-bodied flavor.

You can adjust based on your preference for strength, but longer than 5 minutes may result in some bitterness.

Palace Garden - A harmonious balance of bold black tea with the vibrant flavors of orange, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla. The result is a warm and comforting brew with delightful complexity and a touch of sweetness. May be enjoyed hot or cold.

Recommended Steep: 4–5 minutes in freshly boiled water (around 100°C or 212°F).
4 minutes: Offers a well-rounded, smooth cup with noticeable spice and citrus without overwhelming the black tea.
5 minutes: Enhances the spiciness and vanilla warmth, creating a fuller-bodied, slightly stronger brew.

Steeping much longer may introduce bitterness from the black tea, so aim for this range and adjust to taste. Enjoy the cozy, spiced flavors!
