Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an item from us that is damaged or unsatisfactory, please reach out to us via email at email@example.com or by phone at (206) 935-2010 and let us try to resolve it!
We accept unopened/unused merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given back in the form that original payment was made.
We accept unopened/unused merchandise for exchange within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made for merchandise or for store credit in the form of a gift card.
Returned/exchanged items must have packaging intact; yarn must have labels and not be wound.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-orders, sale or clearance items, or gift cards/gift certificates.
Gift certificates may be used for merchandise or classes; they are not redeemable for cash.
Class fees are not refundable unless a class is cancelled or rescheduled, or if we can fill your spot. Please only sign up for classes you know you can attend.
