Knitting 102: Barley Hat
Description
***Class sessions will be held inside. Masks are encouraged but not required for this class.***
This class is designed for folks who have learned the basics, and are ready to take on a project. We'll work through a simple and appealing design. Along the way, you'll learn how to knit in the round, and will gain familiarity with reading patterns and grow your confidence in the key stitches.
In this session, we'll be knitting the Barley pattern, by Tin Can Knits. This is a free pattern, which can be downloaded from the designer's website.
Prerequisites: Beginning Knitting, or familiarity with knit and purl stitches.
**Please note the schedule!** The first two classes are a week apart, and then there is a two week break before the last class to give you time to knit.
Class fee does not include supplies. Registered students receive a 10% discount on supplies for the class.
Please note: Classes are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled or rescheduled. Please sign up for classes you know you can attend.
Wait lists are available for full classes. Please call us (206.935.2010) or send an email (seattleyarn@gmail.com) if you'd like to be added.
